OUR APPROACH TO DEVELOPMENT

We base our approach to development on the 3E’s concept1:

  • Experience – Learning from Doing, i.e. everyday tasks – constituting 70% of the learning process;
  • Exposure – Learning from Others, i.e. observing others, asking questions, as well as shadowing, mentoring and coaching within the organisation – constituting 20% of the personal development;
  • Education – Learning from Courses, i.e. trainings, publications, including internal programmes of developing diverse skills and access to courses led by prestigious foreign universities (coursera.org) – constituting 10% of the learning process.
